Exadata Cells CPU Faulty after SW upgrade to 19.2.4

Dear all,

may be one of you can help me, but I have a confusion now with desision like - Is that HW problem and I need to replace CPUs or is this a BUG?
I read a DOC ID(1440324.1) but that docs described for Exalogic's zfs appliance server problem in last 2014.
I had been upgraded all my software to 19.2.4 on my nodes and later three Cell nodes unexpectedly rebooted and I would get cpu faulty on two nodes.
The faulty is below. Can you tell me is that possible to be a BUG? Because Systems are continue to operate, but error is still available in ILOM faulty manager.
