I am on PeopleSoft 9.0 and PeopleTools 8.49 and am looking for documentation on setting up PO approv

I have found some bits and pieces but am looking for a start  to finish setup and testing for the PO approval using Workflow in PS 9.0 and PT 8.49.

I have setup the 4 roles I would like to use and associated with a user in our test environment.  Created POs and see the POs in the approval page and cannot save as approved in the Approval page.

When I run the Approval process I see the steps of approval but the PO never goes to approved, regardless of the user level which should do the approval.

Any help on this request would be great.
