Requisition Account on Line NOT matching Account on Category
Hello everyone - We are on 9.1 & 9.2 eProcurement
We have an issue where about 1% of our requisitions lines show an "Account" that differs from the default "Account" from the Item Category.
We know the users are not changing the Account on the req line because that chartfield is locked down.
We tried various combinations of changing categories on "Define Requistions-Line Defaults" and "Modify Line/Shipping/Accounting" on the req - but everytime we change the category on those pages, the correct default account populates.
Any other ideas?
