Siebel Dev Database and Test Database diff versions

Hi

We are doing upgrade from 8.0.0.12 to IP 17

1. Development environment  Oracle Database is on - 11.2.0.4 -- Will be upgraded to 12.2.0.1

2. Test / SIT/PROD  environments Oracle Database is on - 10.2.0.5. ---------Will BE UPGRADED TO 12.2.0.1

We want to know for Test environment when we do upgrade ...whether it will support the schema migration from 10.2.0.5 to 12.2.0.1

Whether the Migration will work when we do the synch of repository from Upgraded DEV

3. For Dev Database

    When we do data migration from OLD DEV to NEW UPGRADE DB.

    When we run upgrep..upgphys, repository merge.

    Whether seed data will be created on top of the existing data.
