Peoplebooks says regarding order for Open Ended Questions for Screening:

"You can specify a question order, but open-ended questions always appear last, and your system administrator can force questions to appear in random order. "

Is there a reason for this functionality? For us, this is not always desired and causes a lot of confusion for applicants. Can someone from Oracle respond to this request?
