Payments in a future date

Hello,

Can you please help me with the following Requierement, we cant find a solution

1. Property Lease Invoices: We need to record invoices and payments in the current period, but the GL Date for both documents (Invoices / Payments) must be next month and the Payment Date must be next month. We managed to create the invoice with GL date for next month, by having next month in Future Status, but we cant do anything with the payments. Can you please advice how can we handle this situation.
2. Payments at the end of the Month: We need to be able to create future date payments during month end closing period. For example: We are doing a Payment Aug 2nd and August Period has not been open yet. Can you please advice.
