How can we delete job record entered erroneously

Hi There,

Can anyone tell me how I can delete a job record entered erroneously?  Our HR group put a new "HIR" record for an employee who was in a terminated status that is returning to work.  So, there is now 2 sets of  records for this ee one with a sequence of 1 and one with a sequence of 0.

I tried using the Delete utility under Setup HCM>System Administration>Database Processes>ID Delete.  This gave the following warning and would not delete the employee's records.
