How To Pass Company Logo In ACH Payment Email

The users have requested that we pass the company logo in the ACH Email the gets auto email with PO attached after running POPO-005 which calls PO_PO_EMAIL.  The SendMail peoplecode has been deprecated in our version FSCM 9.2.29 Tools 8.56.11.  Is there a way to attach the logo to the message in the message catalog or where in the App Package should we attach the logo PT_MCF_EMAIL.MCFOutboundEmail.PT_MCF_MAIL.MCFEmail.  Maybe someone knows a way to pass the html information in the message catalog that is used when the email is generated?
