One view Reporting Performance issue while retrieving data more than 25000 records

I have a customer who wants to run OVR on more than 25000 records. Is it advisable to run OVR reports on such amount of data and that to F0911 table? Is there any performance issue reported while running OVR reports with data set more than 25000?

Any input in this regards will be highly appreciated.
