Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I am trying to access the Serial Swap functionality in Installed Base from Install Base Agent User responsibility in R12.2.2.6.

I am seeing the error - "java.lang.Exception: You do not have permission for this functionality. Please contact your system administrator."

Are there any profiles or setups I am supposed to do to override this error? Please assist.
