Single Tenant Databases in Dataguard Configuration

I am upgrading from 11.2.0.3 to 18.4.  I have dataguard involved with dgmgrl.  I have primary/standby on 2 linux servers.  After I complete the upgrade.  How do I convert the primary/standby configuration to one that uses the single tenant (cdb/pdb).  My application requires that I have an 18C PDB.  How do I convert a primary 18.4 and a standby 18.4 non asm ... non cdb to  a cdb/pdb configuration?  All help is appreciated!
