What features are offered in PUM 31 and 32 for Asset Mgmt users regarding GASB 87?

For Oracle/PeopleSoft customers who are *NOT* planning to implement the Lease Administration module, but who are using the Asset Management module, what features are delivered in PUM 31 and PUM 32 that will enable compliance with GASB 87?
