Expenses GPS Mileage Calculator setup and Configuration - Has anyone had any luck getting full funct

I have activated the GPS Mileage Calculator.  I have activated the Route_Request_Post for EX_ELocation in the Integration Broker and have activated the routings. I can get the miles to calculate most of the time with very careful entry of the addresses but do not get a map or directions as suggested in the video. When I click on the link for the map I get a blank screen. I've attached screen shots of setup/configuration and results.
