ePerformance - employee comments enabled after discussing with manager
Good day,
I'm quite new to ePerformance. I thought if I add the delivered Employee Comments Section to my ePerformance template, this would give the employees the ability to add comments right before acknowledging the evaluation (Status =Pending Acknowledgement). Can somebody tell me if I'm doing this wrong?
Based on Peoplebooks the way I configured it should work (picture 1). I have also attached my setup on the employee comment section (picture 2) and the template setup (picture 3). I am using the Approval Before Employee Review Process - 3-Step process with the Manager's Manager approving. I have attached a picture of the evaluation in Pending Acknowledgement status showing the employee comments are still not editable (Picture 4).
