wget error trying to download patches for Solaris 10

We use pca/wget to download patches from MOS for Solaris 10, we have recently saw that we are not able to download patches using wget/pca from our repository server but we are able to download them from the website.

/usr/sfw/bin/wget  --http-user=XXX --http-passwd=XXX --ca-certificate=getupdates.pem https://updates.oracle.com/all_unsigned/151855-06.zip -O 151855-06.zip
