Can 3rd party applications (LDAP enabled), directly open up a Siebel URL?

Hi All,

We have a requirement to open a URL that will land on the Case Details page from a 3rd party application. We can open using the ROWID as mentioned below.

Is there a way we can pass SWEField name and query for an applet field name from 3rd party application instead of rowID?
