Posting - Single Ledger program raised Blocked Session due to multiple users posting to same Ledger

Oracle Rel12.13, Oracle GL Journal Posting program

Hi, today we got a Blocked Session alert when 3 different user ids ran the Oracle GL Posting - Single Ledger program at the same time. The 3 users were posting to the same Ledger ID.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening?  I know in Concurrent Program definition there is somewhere to define other incompatible programs. But we do not want to prevent other users posting to different ledgers from submitting their programs.

Is there a way to also add logic to layer in the Ledger ID? Something like  Posting - Single Ledger user session 1 is incompatible with Posting - Single Ledger user session 2 where Ledger IDs are equal?
