FSG-From Report Manager - Not generating Output in Excel R12

Good Evening..

We are in R12.1.3

In GL - we have a  FSG report- generated  from 'Report Manager'

In one PC the output is generating properly  In Excel.

But in another  PC - Finance manager system - after completing all the steps - Finally getting  message ' Output file is Generated' but the  EXCEL FILE IS NOT GENERATING

  • Windows 10
  • IE 11
  • MS Office 2013

Can you please guide to fix this issue.
