Schedules Approval

Hello

So when we finalize leases; it runs Schedules and Items and Schedules are created for all the leases that are finalized.

if there are many leases eg: 1000 that got approved to Final Status; what is process to approve the schedules every month instead of manually going and approving these schedules?
