Internal Supplier Registration - Contacts Train stop

As State of Tennessee we are only using Suppliers piece for Registration, but not Bidders. We want to create Supplier registration internally- Navigation : FSCM > Suppliers > Supplier Registration > Register Suppliers. We want to remove the 'Contacts' train stop so that the user cannot create access ID or add contact information but still can complete the registration and get the registration ID. Ultimately user won't get the login information. Once the registration is approved using 'Manage Request Approval ' we want the Supplier ID to be created and all the registration information gets populated in Supplier file. The
