P07352 screen is blank when calculating interim payment

User is entering an interim payment.  When the purple calculator is clicked to call the P07352 the screen is blank (screenshot below).

When the user exits back to P070701 she receives this error "Open Cursor for Cache DBA Alias Cache in B0700005 failed".  What does this error mean and how can it be resolved?
