PO Charge account update
Hi,
The user is able to change the charge account of PO that distribution is encumbered, Accrue_On_Receipt_Flag = ‘Y’, the shipment is not received and billed.
According to the document id 1308156.1 , the functionality is:
If the shipment has not been received and billed and if it is not encumbered, and if it is expense destination (Accrue_On_Receipt_Flag='N')
then the user should be able to update the records. Otherwise, accounts change is not possible, even if it is partially changing the accounts.
Do you know if there was a patch that changed this functionality?
