Any standard Event to capture Schedule ship date changes or any hook program which can be triggered

Hello,

Wanted to check how we can achieve this. whenever there is changes in Schedule ship Date on Sales Order We want to trigger a concurrent program which will capture all SSD details and send mails. WE have mailer program but how to call it from sales order when Schedule ship date changes.
