How do I void a payroll CHECK and reissue the payment as a DIRECT DEPOSIT?

Last paycheck was issued as a check for an employee who moved overseas and he is now having problems getting a bank to cash it.  We need to reissue as a direct deposit to a bank account he still has here in the US.

I've voided the payment but I cannot find any documentation on how to reissue as a direct deposit.
