JDE Tools Release 9.2.x Support Policy

Hi!

We have learned that JDE Application Release support policy from Doc ID 2251064.1. What about Tools Release? As Tools Release has certain backward compatible to previous Application Release, what is the support policy? And generally, if a Tools Release is expired, if customer encounters an issue, except upgrading to newer TR, what else they can do?
