Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

Hi, don't know if this is the correct space but when I enter the URL https://updates.oracle.com it states that "You could not be logged in" . When I enter my credentials and log on and try again, it still complains. When I then go to https://suport.oracle.com I'm already logged in. In one way or another updates from 12c cloud control aren't working either.

What can be causing this? Before filing an SR.
