Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. error on the recon report

hi guys

one of our AP clerks has an issue while doing their AP Recon.

the output on their recon is showing all the SEGMENT_DESCR name except for one that is pulling out as unknown.

please assist as i am also following up on the micros.
