Sales Order to Create Work Order as well as ST OT Orders

Hi All,

We have 2 different companies, one for Production (Company 10)  and other for Sales (Company 20).

Company 10 have One Production House (101000) and Company 20 have 3 Sales Branches (201000, 202000, 203000).

While booking the order from 201000 user will create sales order in 201000 and in detail line user will mentioned 101000 with line type "W" then system will automatically create work order in 101000.  after production 101000 will create ST OT for 101000 to 201000 and material got transferred.  But while dispatching from 201000 user needs to update branch plant from 101000 to 201000 in detail line which we needs to avoid.

Can some one help me out?
