PFML Massachusetts taxes are not appearing on SOEs

We applied June and July Vertex and PFML taxes for Massacusetts are included as part of those Vertex updates even though those taxes are effective 10/1 but still when we run payroll for 10/1 onwards , we do not see the those taxes taken out of SOEs. I contacted Vertex but they were unable to help and referred us to Oracle support .I will open an SR with Oracle as well but was wondering if anyone else has done it before in their company and can provide some guidance that would be greatly appreciated.
