How to Upgrade Primavera P6 Professional 8.4 (Oracle 11g) to 18.8 (Oracle 12c)

Hello all,

I hope someone can help me or at least give me an idea on how to upgrade my current version of Primavera P6 professional 8.4 which is in Oracle 11g to version 18.8 which should run on Oracle 12.2 (according to Tested Config)

What is the best approach?  Should I upgrade the database from 11g to 12c first before upgrading Primavera?  Also, I'm going to use a new server (Windows 2016) for the new P6 version, so basically I will need to migrate.  Any idea or best approach on doing this will be very helpful.
