Interco Dividend Elimination

I have a question about the process of Intercompany Dividend Elimination: 

I am having a problem getting the elimination to work when split between the P&L and Balance Sheet.

For Example:

The entry is done by the two entities:

Partner A;  Interco Dividend Income Account ( P&L revenue account)   $50  with Partner B

Partner B:  Interco Dividends Equity Account   $50     with Partner A

When Partner A and Partner B reach a common Parent the Elimination is posted to the Balance sheet and PL account as expected.

The issue arises when I pull Net Income (CYNI)  into the Retained Earning on the Balance sheet using rules.  It is missing the elimination at Total Company.
