Freeze code update in Work order

Hello Team,

Is there any application or reports from which we can mass update the freeze code (UNDC) in work order table F4801 ?

One of our client updates the freeze code to "Y" when status moved to 40 but for some work orders it is not updating and we are not able to find from which application or report it is updating ? they are using R31410 job on scheduler for attaching Part list, routing and printing the work order. 

We need to check why it is not updating to other work orders because MRP generating Defer, expedite and Increase decrease messages to work orders and clients wants to freeze all work orders so that system does not shows any action messages.
