Cum calculation not effective with add scedule

In RLM, I have a replace all schedule that has customer cum as 0, and a new firm demand for 20 qty. system cum is 120.

On processing: receive warning reconciliation has made the new demand as 0, and nothing is inserted.

Same schedule , i am able to process with manually with add schedule.

and a new line of 24 is added in the sales order.

can some one help why cum reconciliation is not happening with add schedule.
