Report does work from web but does not work through scheduler

Hi -

I have a custom report that processes the data from the table and writes the output to a particular path using the standard C business  - B34A1010(Write one line a flat file).

When I run this report on the web or if anyone else runs it, it works properly and creates the file at the given path.

The issue arises when the same report is run through JDE Scheduler it does not work fine.

What could be the problem ? Is there an access issue between running on web and running on scheduler?\
