Cobol Sql stuck in processing

Hi Everyone,

The cobol sql PAPCRCTL gets stuck on processing status and never completes.
The process completes fine for every emplid except for one. The data is similar to other employees and has been checked multiple times. There is no sql running in the database, and no useful information after looking at the trace.

Can you please let me know if you've ran into an issue like this or if you have any suggestions about things that you'd try to troubleshoot this issue?
