OEM13cR3 - Target status showing "Availability Evaluation Error"

Hi

We are deploying oracle OEM 13c R3  for our new production environment

The OEM 13c is up and running and we deployed the agent on all the new database hosts and deployed the ODA plug-ins as well

All the database hosts are ODA (X7)

When we go to the TARGET -- HOSTS one of the HOST is showing the status as "Availability Evaluation Error".

We stopped and started up and agent on the remote host as well as on the OMS as well

On the remote host, the agent is showing up and running

./emctl status agent
