unable to launch the Server manager 9.2.3.4 setup exe and SM Agent too using jdk 1.8.0_212

Hi,

We are installing the Server Manager Release 9.2.3.4 using jdk / jre version 1.8.0_212 but unable to launch the setup exe.

I am using following command from the command prompt.

setup.exe -jreLoc C:\PROGRA~1\Java\JRE18~0_212

note:- extracted the folder structure as per the document

Could you please help on this?
