Oracle Cloud : OCI DBCS database patching for EBS R12.2

Hello,

We are moving our EBS R12.2.4 env to OCI .   This is lift and shift.  

EBS : R12.2.4

Source : Linux 6.10  Target :  Linux 6.10

Database source : 11.2.0.4  jan 2019 psu ,     Target :   DBCS 11.2.0.4

The database template we used was 11.2.0.4 database.  This comes without mandatory R12.2. Database patches .

After going through this documentation,  we found only Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2: Patch 28470968 - CLOUD EBS REL 12.2 CONSOLIDATED DATABASE FIXES FOR DBCS JUL 2018    .  

We are looking for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2: CLOUD EBS REL 12.2 CONSOLIDATED DATABASE FIXES FOR DBCS JAN 2019 Patch number.
