No index with org_id on ar_payment_schedules_all

Hello

we are running into performance problems by having several legal entities, devided by org_id on ar_payment_schedules. There is no index at the moment, e.g. N9, which has the org_id. Is there a special reason for this ? Could it harm, to change N9, adding the org_id at the end ?

At the moment, when we select for a small entity by gl_date_closed 31.12.4712  class =INV we have to go throuhg millions of records without org_id . with org_id, the select would break down for smaller entities to app. 100.000.
