RMA transaction for system

Hi All,

We have two item instances linked to a system.

On RMA order, parent instance has been received into inventory. On order installation details, system number is also entered along with parent item instance serial number.

I could see the child item instance is also received into inventory. Though there is no material transaction against the child item instance.

Please let me know if this is expected standard functionality or is it a BUG.
