How to rehire in Prepare for Hire for Multiple Job

Our client is set up for multiple jobs. They have now implemented TAM and CG. They have an employee who is currently active in empl_rcd 0 (contract position) and terminated in empl_rcd 1. This employee applied on another position using the internal careers so they are flagged as an employee in TAM and was the successful applicant. The Recruiter is now trying to get them into this new position. They want to have their empl_rcd 1 used for this new position, so basically do a rehire.
