How to find if cost object is activated for the DMAAI 4400/4405 - Zero balance adjustment

For OC Orders, while doing voucher match, there is a cost object issue? In P4312 , flex accounting is activated? But how to find if cost object is activated for the DMAAI 4400/4405 - Zero balance adjustment>

Please help.
