When EBS printer is not used any more

When printer is not used any more and we DO NOT want it to appear on the Submit Request -> Options->  Printers LOV

Do we just delete printer from the Install->printer-> Register screen  or can do something else to eliminate it from the LOV when submit concurrent requests? Do we have different ways to handle it?
