SmartView Office 365 for Mac

Trying use SmartView for Office 365 for Mac. Created the manifest file and added it to the file folder. Added Add In and, connected to the Oracle but, after sign in, the smartview panel was blank. I expected to see the cubes and library folders. Any ideas? Thank you.
