Listener does not start after host reboot

Hello,

Oracle version Oracle Database 11g Release 11.2.0.4.0 - 64bit Production (not patched)

I have two instances on one oracle host:

Test: /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.4/db_2

Prod: /opt/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.4/db_1

We had maintenance at the weekend and after host reboot production DB and listener were fine but test listener was stopped. (Test instance was started succesfully as well)

in /etc/oratab both has autostart enabled:

PROD:/opt/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.4/db_1:Y

TEST:/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.4/db_2:Y

In TEST DB local_listener parameter is set up:

NAME                                 TYPE        VALUE

------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------

local_listener                       string      LISTENER_TEST
