Legacy Commencement date in respect to Transition Date

So I was thinking of the following scenario:

If we were to go live 1-APR-2020 with Compliance for a lease# 1234 (for example purposes).

Lease commencement date is 1-JAN-2020 and Termination/Term End is on 31-DEC-2020.

So on April 1st 2020 , I load this lease , finalize it and run transition date program ; it will spawn Schedule and Items Program and the Schedules will be created for each period from JAN-2020 to DEC-2020.

But outside the Property Manager Module all the lease will be upto date or already paid for from JAN2020 to MAR2020. So that means in the Schedule Approval form there will be residue of schedules from JAN to MAR.
