PAS save of NER not creating .c and .h files

    Hi Team,

We are on 9.2.3.1 release on Windows with Oracle database.

While saving any NER (custom as well as standard) as PAR files, its not creating the include and source folders. Hence we are not able to restore it to the target system.

This is happening in all Fat clients and the deployment server as well.

We already did the NER build which is suggested in documents and it built fine locally and can see the .c and .h file getting updated with new time stamp. But still its not creating the .c and .h files in the PAR restore.
