Production Cost - Quantity is wrong

Hi,

I have a work order who is acting strangely.  The total quantity (60 pallets)  of the finish good is completed in the work order file.  The cardex is also showing multiple entries (1 entry for each pallet that is scanned by RFGEN at the end of the production line) and the total of the entries in the cardex for this WO is also showing a complete quantity.

However, in the Production Cost, the completed and the actual quantity are not showing the same quantity.  Actually, it looks like only 24 pallets was completed and 36 pallets did not make it to the accounting.   So the production cost inquiry  is showing a quantity variance of 36 pallets, which then causes huge amounts in the variance accounts.  OTher WO for the same item did not get this issue.  Also, the setup and the cost rollup is working perfectrly fine.
