How to Use a Surcharge Modifier to Adjust Order Total

Hi,

I have created the surcharge modifier and the pricing attribute based on the below said document.

'UPDATED_How_to_Use_a_Surcharge_Modifier_to_Adjust_Order_Total'

After that while book the order we have faced the formula error, the error print screen is attached.

Anyone have the idea about this issue kindly share your views it will helpful to proceed further.
