How do we track SYSADMIN Login details with User Machine IP Address

We have implemented SoD (segregation of Duties) in Oracle ERP, we have identified SYSADMIN is one of the Critical Logins, so we are looking for the following information:

1) Which are the application Logins in Oracle ERP (R12) - Ex: SYSADMIN

2) What are the mechanisms to be used to track them on regular basis from Security stand point

3) How to find out whether SYSADMIN is logged in manually, if yes, can we know through which User System (IP) logged in.

4) Any scripts related to User Session details
